Since Phil injured his back (he had a herniated disc) we have been researching lots of new types of exercise, treatment, and therapies and we have come across a few methods which are quite simply life changing!
We have combined the best of the methods we have found into a new class : <Vie Restore>.
You don’t need to be injured to get the benefits, these methods rehydrate your system, improving your circulation, re-dressing imbalances and improving the communication systems within your body. This class will improve the link between your mind and body enabling your body to better function in daily life and when doing sporting activities.
Now, to get all of these benefits you will need to do the class more than once (and if there is enough interest we are looking to start regular classes from September) however, we guarantee that you will be able to feel the difference in your body after every single session – including the first one.

All the exercises are gentle and it is open to everyone. If you are recovering from an injury, however, you will need to make sure that you have permission from your physio or doctor to do the class.
